2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use FreeAIQuiz.

By using the Service, you confirm that you:

• Will use FreeAIQuiz for lawful purposes only

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Plans: Free & Pro

The Free plan may include:

• Limited AI usage
• Limited number of quizzes or forms
• Branding or feature restrictions

Limits may change at any time.

The Pro plan may include:

• Higher AI usage limits
• Advanced logic and customization
• Branding removal
• Enhanced export or integration features

5. Billing, Payments & Cancellation (Pro)

• Pro subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually.
• Prices are shown before purchase; taxes may apply.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Access remains through the current billing period, then reverts to Free.

6. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of:

• Quizzes/forms you create
• Data and responses you collect

You grant FreeAIQuiz a limited license to host, process, and display content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Complies with law
• Does not violate privacy or IP rights
• Is not misleading, illegal, or harmful

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

FreeAIQuiz uses AI to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased
• We do not provide legal, medical, or professional advice
• You must review and validate outputs before use

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FreeAIQuiz to:

• Collect personal or sensitive data unlawfully
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
